Processing Purposes
Paws and Plans collects and processes customers' personal data for customer and order management (e.g., customer administration, tracking orders/deliveries, invoicing, solvency monitoring, profiling, and sending marketing and personalized advertising).

Personal data is processed based on Article 6.1 (necessary for the performance of a contract) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

The customer has the right at all times to access their personal data and can have them rectified if they are inaccurate or incomplete, have them erased, have their processing restricted, and object to the processing of personal data concerning them based on Article 6.1 (e) or (f), including profiling based on those provisions.
Furthermore, the customer has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, common, and machine-readable format) of their personal data and to have the personal data transmitted to another company.
To exercise the aforementioned rights, the customer is asked to:

Direct marketing
