Dietary Advice

1. What type of food do you recommend?

That depends on your needs. Although a dog naturally eats raw food, a balanced cooked diet, raw meat-based food (KVV), or kibble can also be suitable. I believe that the best diet is one based on the needs of the specific animal and the owner's possibilities/preferences.

 

2. How long will it take to receive the advice?

You will receive the advice via email within 14 days.

 

3. How will I receive the advice?

You will receive the advice in PDF format via email.

 

4. Are you brand-specific?

No, I am independent, so I am not tied to any brand. I always look for the most suitable food based on your pet, your preferences, your budget, and storage space.

 

Digital Products

1. What are digital products?

Digital products are files that you can download instantly after purchase. These can be printed or used digitally on various devices such as computers, tablets, and smartphones.

 

2. How do I receive my digital product?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital product(s) instantly. You can also log in to your account and view your order to download your files.

 

3. How many times can I download the file?

You can download the file as many times as you like via the link in your email or your account page. Make sure to save the file in a safe location.

 

4. Can I print my digital product multiple times?

Yes, you can print your digital product as many times as you like for personal use. Please note that sharing or reselling digital files is not permitted.

 

5. Can I edit the digital product?

Some of our products are editable, for example, in Canva. The product description will indicate if a product is editable. Not all products can be edited.

 

6. What file formats are provided?

Our digital products are usually provided in PDF, JPEG, PNG, or ZIP format. The file formats are listed in the product description.

 

7. How can I print the digital product?

You can download the digital product to your computer or mobile phone and then print it. All printable files are A4 size. It will be clearly visible which files are intended for digital use and which are also easily printable. 

 

8. What should I do if I have problems downloading?

If you experience problems downloading your product, please try a different browser or device first. If the problem persists, please contact us at info@pawsandplans.nl or +32 497081763, and we will be happy to assist you.

 

9. Do you offer refunds for digital products?

Due to the nature of digital products, we unfortunately do not offer refunds. However, if there is a problem with the file, please contact us, and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.

 

10. Can I cancel a digital purchase?

As our products are available for immediate download after purchase, we cannot accept cancellations. Please check your order carefully before confirming it.

 

11. Can I share the files with others?

No, the purchase of a digital product grants you the right to use the file for personal use. It is not permitted to share, copy, or resell the files.

13. Are there special requirements to use your products?
