About me

Welcome to Paws and Plans,

I am Emily, a veterinary nurse and holistic nutritionist in training, with a strong focus on nutrition, well-being, and preventative care for dogs and cats. I work with animals daily, both professionally and in private. In the clinic, I guide pet owners in caring for their animals and see firsthand how many questions, doubts, and conflicting information exist. This is how Paws and Plans came to life.

Why Paws and Plans?

In the clinic, I noticed how difficult it is for pet owners to find reliable, clear, and independent information. Marketing, opinions, and well-intentioned advice often only make it more confusing. With Paws and Plans, I want to create one central place where knowledge, peace of mind, and clarity come together. So you can make choices for your pet without doubt and with confidence.

What do I offer?

An important part of my offering is independent nutritional advice. For me, nutrition is not a detail, but a foundation. I am convinced that appropriate, well-thought-out nutrition has an enormous impact on an animal's well-being and quality of life. I help you choose food that suits your animal, is tailored to its needs and lifestyle, and is independent of marketing or brand interests. For more information, you can take a look at this page.

Additionally, I develop digital products such as the Puppy Roadmap and the First Aid Guide for dogs. These tools are designed to provide practical support in your daily life with your pet.

My offerings continue to grow, with one goal: to help you as best as possible in caring for your pet.

Knowledge and Inspiration

In addition to my services, I also share free information via the Paws and Plans blog. Here you will find practical articles, insights, and downloads that help you care for your pet more consciously and confidently. On Instagram and Facebook, I share additional tips, insights, and inspiration about nutrition and well-being.
